Blanca came to TPO with four years of experience as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in the Public Defenders Office in Santa Cruz, where she learned and perfected her people/client and business management skills. Now an essential part of the TPO staff, she is responsible for making the operation flow smoothly and efficiently. Blanca is the pleasant voice you hear when you call TPO, who will assure that your call is routed to the appropriate consultant and that you get assistance with your questions in a timely manner. She is always willing and able to assist both TPO clients and team members with their needs.
Behind the scenes, Blanca maintains and troubleshoots TPO’s website, computer network, data base, phone systems, and general office equipment. She coordinates training and conference registrations, program logistics and materials. Blanca participates in the production and delivery of client projects, business development activities, and facilitates our operation through a variety of essential administrative and client support activities.
Blanca has thoroughly developed her HR knowledge in the area of Sexual
Harassment and Discrimination prevention, where she applies her native bilingual
skills and HR expertise by presenting TPO's Spanish Sexual Harassment and
Discrimination Prevention training programs, and assisting with harassment
investigations and other translations assignments for Spanish speaking
employees.
