Stacey has 6
years of human resource generalist experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree
from the University of Pennsylvania and is certified as a Professional in Human
Resources with a state-specific certification in California (PHR-CA). Prior to
joining TPO, Stacey worked in Massachusetts in various public sector roles in
Human Resources.
Stacey has experience in recruitment, job description development, new hire
orientation, policy and program development, drug and alcohol administration,
benefit and leave administration, and personnel file maintenance.
Stacey has great attention to detail and successfully assists clients with
exceptional internal and external customer service. She contributes to TPO’s
success by increasing internal efficiencies and productivity. Additionally,
Stacey regularly partners with other TPO consultants to produce and deliver high
quality HR products and services.

of HR fundamentals such as employee handbooks, job descriptions, new-hire
orientation, and other employment processes for effective and compliant HR
administration.

and guiding all levels of management regarding employment regulations, hiring
practices and overall best HR practices to increase consistency and ensure

Updating outdated personnel systems, forms,
handbooks and policy manuals.
