California Employment Essentials, “CEE” consists of six three-hour modules covering current CA & US employment regulations and best practice management policies and techniques. “CEE” is a proven way to minimize employer risk and reduce managerial missteps. Anyone responsible for HR should attend – including operations managers and supervisors. This program has been approved for 16.5 recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR through Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

The April 3-day program has been changed to begin Thursdays: May 12, 19 and 26^t^h, from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Lunch included).

Management Excellence Series (MES)

This management training program focuses on practical leadership and communication skills for managers to develop or refine their effectiveness. The program consists of eight three-hour modules of essential skills including leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, creating teams, time management and managing change. This program has been approved for 25.25 recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

This 4-day program is offered Wednesdays: May 18^th, 25^th , June 1^st & 8^th from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (Lunch included).
