We are seeking an experienced and capable

HR Consultant

 who is entrepreneurial, thrives on customer satisfaction, independent but enjoys a collaborative team environment, and motivated toward business development to build their own client base.

You must have SOLID HR Experience and Competencies in . . .

bullet

Effectively resolving routine and complicated employee relations and employment regulations issues by investigating and practicing active communications skills, researching & analyzing information, and recommending appropriate action in partnership with clients and TPO associates, keeping in mind legal, business, and employee/management concerns.

Managing multiple projects demonstrating consistent abilities to learn, produce and consult about “BEST PRACTICE” HR tools & techniques such as: Employee Handbooks, Problem Solving, Job Descriptions, Hiring, Performance Planning & Measurement (including Goal Setting), Leaves of Absence, Compensation & Benefits, and Effective Leadership, to name a few!

Composing legally sound yet employee-friendly policies, procedures and HR systems.

Presenting (or learning to) leadership skills training programs, including lawful employment practices.
