WHAT AN EXCITING FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME HR JOB
FOR AN UP-AND-COMING HR GENERALIST!
This is a new position to
respond to several of TPO Human Resource Management’s client requests for an
HR Generalist to support their on-site needs. With the support of TPO’s team
of top HR Consultants, gain broad experience with multiple TPO
client-organizations while contributing to their HR success! Under direct
supervision of TPO and client authority, the HR Generalist performs technical
tasks in the administration of multiple TPO client’s HR programs. Responsible
for implementing and coordinating policies and programs for employment such as:
recordkeeping and reporting, routine employee relations and regulatory
compliance, wage and salary administration, fringe benefits administration, new
hire orientations, safety, insurance and health benefits and other employee
services for assigned TPO clients in the public, private and non profit sectors.
Must have at least two years of responsible HR experience and general knowledge
of principals, practices and techniques in all aspects of HR management and
administration, including knowledge of federal, state employment regulations.
Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, customer service and employee
relations skills - including confidentiality and discretion.
