When you need special consulting projects to be accomplished, you will receive the member hourly rate, which is reduced almost 20%. Some examples of special projects are: Compliance Audits, Handbooks, Job Descriptions, On-site Employee and/or Management Training, including TPO University, Staffing, Organizational Performance Improvement Programs, Investigations, and much more.

During the fourth quarter of your membership, your TPO consultant will schedule a meeting with you and (if desired) each of your organization's authorized TPO representatives. The purposes of this meeting are to: discuss and confirm the HR initiatives accomplished within the previous period; ascertain what you view as outstanding needs, priorities and challenges with regard to your HR practices, and provide you with critical information to ensure your organization is aware of current legal requirements and up to date with best employee relations practices to optimize productivity and employee retention.

Your TPO consultant will schedule regular check-ins with an authorized TPO representative. These check-ins will assist with managing your HR risk by proactively addressing needs, priorities and challenges, review status on projects, training or compliance measures and to have a forum to follow-up on your HR practices. Check-ins will be scheduled by your Consultant based on your needs and preferences.

At TPO, we strive to provide timely and accurate advice and support to all of our clients. However, if it becomes necessary to prioritize the support needs of our member clients and non-member clients – member client needs take precedence.
