During the fourth quarter of your membership, your TPO consultant will schedule a meeting with you and (if desired) each of your organization's authorized TPO representatives. The purposes of this meeting are to: discuss and confirm the HR initiatives accomplished within the previous period; ascertain what you view as outstanding needs, priorities and challenges with regard to your HR practices, and provide you with critical information to ensure your organization is aware of current legal requirements and up to date with best employee relations practices to optimize productivity and employee retention. |
