Become fully informed with a workplace harassment training class. Fulfill California’s AB 1825 Harassment Training Law for all supervisors/managers for companies with 50+ employees!*

California law (AB 1825) required employers with 50 or more employees to provide 2 hours of sexual harassment training in 2005 and every two years thereafter to all supervisors/managers/leads. Additionally, newly hired/promoted supervisors/managers/leads must receive the training within 6 months of hire/promotion. While the regulations only require “sexual harassment” training, TPO’s program goes well beyond to address all forms of harassment and discrimination (age, race, religion, disability, etc.) that today’s managers must be prepared to prevent and address. TPO has trained over 5,000 managers, supervisors and employees on the prevention of harassment and discrimination.

  •     Discover the correct ways to respond to an employee complaint

Human resources certification programs are here to instruct and advise you, so that you can receive your human resource management certificate or qualify for recertification.

This certification program has been approved for 2.75 recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Prepare yourself and your employees to receive their human resource management certificate.
