-Paying Attention to the Signs -

TPO has NEW Workplace Harassment Training Programs!

Become fully informed with a workplace harassment training class. Fulfill California’s AB 1825 Harassment Training Law for all supervisors/managers for companies with 50+ employees!*

ALL Workplace Harassment Training programs available in Spanish!

Why is it so important to comply with the Ab 1825 training? California law (AB 1825) requires employers with 50 or more employees to provide 2 hours of sexual harassment training by 12/31/05 and every two years thereafter to all supervisors/managers. Additionally, newly hired/promoted supervisors/managers must receive the AB 1825 training within 6 months of hire. It is important to educate yourself and your employees by informing them of the Ab 1825 requirements.  This will ensure that they will know what is considered proper conduct in the workplace.

TPO has created a NEW interactive Harassment and Discrimination Prevention Training Program facilitated by qualified TPO Representatives which exceeds state regulations.

Plan your workplace harassment training now!

While the regulations only require “sexual harassment” training, TPO’s program goes well beyond the topic of “sexual harassment” to address all forms of harassment and discrimination (age, race, religion, disability, etc.) that today’s managers must be prepared to prevent and address. TPO has trained over 5,000 managers, supervisors and employees on the prevention of harassment and discrimination. Learn all about the Ab 1825 requirements. Click here to read AB 1825.

*REMEMBER…the employee count includes all those who perform employee-type duty, such as temporary employees, on-call staff, contractors, etc. in every state!
