NEW 2021-2022 Prevention Training

Respecting Diversity – for Supervisors and Non-Supervisors

California law requires organizations with 5 or more employees to have provided harassment training by 1/1/2021 and thereafter:

SUPERVISORS – At least 2 hours of training

  1. within 6-months of hire or promotion, and
  2. every two

NON-SUPERVISORS – At least 1 Hour of training

  1. within 6-months of hire, and
  2. every two years.

Since 2021 where this classification is expected to work less than 6-months, must have the training within the sooner of:

  • 30-days of hire,
  • or 100-hours actually worked.

TPO’s interactive training program goes beyond the topic of sexual harassment to address all forms of unlawful harassment, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace (age, race, religion,
disability, sexual orientation, etc.) in the workplace.
