A Interactive Briefing

Join us for an informative conversation for up-to-the minute answers to your COVID-related challenges!

Expertly Facilitated by: Melissa Irwin, SPHR, PHRca, SHRM-SCP, Senior Consultant & Training Specialist & Tonja Posey, IPMA-SCP, Senior Consultant

TPO will start the program by exploring the top 4 COVID-related scenarios taken from six months of TPO Member calls.

  • An employee tested positive – now what?
  • Which leaves apply and for what reasons?
  • What is the process for calling back employees?
  • What reasonable accommodations must be made?

Participants can then submit any COVID-related questions: 1) at time of registration, 2) typed during the event, and/or 3) by going live and “raising your hand” for a presenter to turn on your mic. Whichever you prefer!

We are diligently keeping pace with, and sharing, COVID-19’s changing workplace impacts. TPO’s COVID-19 VirtuaLive Webinar Series offers expert guidance and best practices for all employers.

The Bottom Line:

Sometimes the best questions are the ones you didn’t ask! As a CA employer, you need to know how to navigate countless topics – this session is an efficient way to cover a lot of territory quickly.
