NEW 2022 Prevention Training
Respecting Diversity – for Supervisors and Non-Supervisors
California law requires organizations with 5 or more employees to have provided harassment training by 1/1/2021 and thereafter:
SUPERVISORS – At least 2 hours of training
- within 6-months of hire or promotion, and
- every two
NON-SUPERVISORS – At least 1 Hour of training
- within 6-months of hire, and
- every two years.
TEMPORARY/SEASONAL EMPLOYEES
Since 2021 where this classification is expected to work less than 6-months, must have the training within the sooner of:
- 30-days of hire,
- or 100-hours actually worked.

disability, sexual orientation, etc.) in the workplace.
