- Administer SDI, PFL and unemployment claims
- COBRA notification
Performance Management & Training
- Manage performance review process
- Provide assistance and support to managers regarding employee relations, performance management and policy issues
- Coordinate and/or present skills training programs
Employee Relations
- Answer employee benefit and employment questions
- Problem solve communications issues
Termination
- Manage separation (voluntary and involuntary) process
- Conduct Exit Interviews; provide critical feedback
